My guess is Michael Jackson. A few years ago his paid liars were threatening to sue anybody who said anything bad about him. Not surprisingly, nothing ever happened to anybody. My second guess would be Hilary Duff. There was a lot on here about her at that time, mostly about her tits, and if I remember right, it became against the rules to even mention her name.
God, what kind of loser would waste their time like that, y'all?
