Even if I played in a top top team 97% of time spent on the bench is far too much. I'd sit on the bench up to about 85% of the time. Any more than that I'd join a shit team like Manchester United of Chelsea.

If you're lucky enough to have the talent and build for football and you're playing just for the money, you're probably a dickhead.
