My guess is that wind will end up the most important, though the others will be regionally important. The desert will be high on solar, coastal areas will be able to take advantage of tidal, and geothermal is already important in Iceland.
The stinkmeister is correct. It will be determined regionally. When harness the wind and/or solar energy can be done it should. And where Geothermal can be used used it should.
