Ever again?
I have stopped buying items from a certain video game seller because as of late they keep screwing me over. I mean first I buy used games from them and they keep sending me broken ones.
Also they screw me outta of my free game long time ago in the 90's and last they deny a order I made with a gift card even though I have used the card everywhere else.

Plus they sell used games with no book or case and for almost always I can get a brand new copy of the game somewhere else for about $7.

When just a teenager, a jeweler sold me a plastic cameo and told me it was real. I was too timid to make a stink and I never went back.

it really depends.

if they are the only or one of two or three in the market or if they have really good prices I probably put up with a lot of shit.

I generally don't shop at walmart or any large chain hardware store.

I boycotted starbucks for 15 years ,and

SURPRISINGLY

it didn't hurt their massive expansion, exploitation, and profit-taking.

Contrary to what Jacqueline Susann said, once *is* enough, in this case.

N_O, apparently it has, since they're scaling back. You've helped topple a giant of industry. Pat yourself on the back!

It depends. I usually base it on their customer relations. If their attitude stinks in dealing with complaints, then only the once. If they apologise and fall over themselves trying to resolve an issue, and it's resolved amicably, then they'll get my custom again.

There's plenty of other vendors out there who would love to have my money... anybody can screw up but if it seems to be your "business model", I'll see ya later... plus I dislike discourteous, indifferent, impolite sales people...
