the Democrat-led Congress that Peloski is in charge of has even lower poll ratings than President Bush. According to one AP poll in late July 2008, only 18 percent of Americans approve of Congress' performance. This is the all-time lowest rating for Congress since Gallup began asking voters to rate Congress in 1974.
