Radio host Art Bell has a recipe up on the internet somewhere. He recommends filleting them, ladling a mixture of Worcestershire sauce and tomato juice over them, and roasting them over a slow flame at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for four hours. He says they taste like a mix of pork, chicken, and iguana. So, they are barely edible.
