Voted : Ride a bike
I am going to start (quad) roller skating (after a 37 year hiatus) this week... and I am going to ride my bike on a more regular schedule...along with my pushups, pullups and yardwork...
Voted : swim
I just came back from swimming. one hour in the pool lowers my bp 20 points.

Voted : Jog or run
On a machine, weights, various exercises(crunches etc) Not religiously just a few times a week. Oh, and I take the kids swimmin' once a week too.
I've never been one for bikes, always thought people look a bit stupid riding them. :o)
I needed something to help me get back into shape. I thought about running or biking, but I live well into the snow belt and wanted something I could do all year round. Those would also aggravate an old knee injury from a motorcycle accident I had in high school. I'm allergic to the chlorine they use in pools, so that's out. Weightlifting seemed to suite my six foot 200 plus pound frame and is something I can do all year round without aggravating any of the old injuries. They also have plenty of weights in the gym at the school I go to and I was able to buy a set of cheap dumbbells for home use.
^ I am overweight, and I find that cardio is essential. if I lived near snow, I would consider cross-country skiing. Lots of cardio, clean air and view.

Voted : HELL NO!
Not deliberately. The only exercise I do is going walking in the morning. And that's not to keep fit, it's just to enjoy the solitude and the wildlife. The activities and work that I have to do on a regular basis is enough to keep me in good shape. Though when I was a lifeguard years ago, I'd swim a mile every day. I sort of missed that after I moved to the country, so I'd go to the river and swim upstream a couple of times a week. I haven't done that in a couple of years though because the alligators.
Voted : HELL NO!
Thanks to my father's DNA, I've managed to stay relatively slender. But my doctor tells me that I'll pay for that later in life, when I will probably lose physical strength and stamina.
Voted : HELL NO!
I just do my work.
