I was just checking out wine prices and some cost hundreds and even thousands of dollars a bottle.

I can't imagine paying that much, I think $20.00 would be my limit.

What about you , whats the most you would or have paid for a bottle of wine ?

COMMENTS:
There's some chinese guy I work with and apparently he and some other chinese friends of his often go to some karaoke bar and buy a few bottles of a particular wine that night. costing about a $1000 dollars each....
The wine he buys can apparently be purchase for a couple of hundred dollars but this nightclub sells it for a thousand that he and his idiot friends happily pay for.

That's the most I've ever paid.

Wine under $30.00 a bottle is quaffing wine, reasonable wines are between $30.00 and $70.00, good wines can be anything up to $15,000 per bottle. You pay what you can afford for wine that you like. Most vintage French Champagnes are over $75.00 (yes Champagne IS wine) so live a little.
The most I've paid is about $100.00 but I've tasted some really expensive and very good wines costing much more than that. Don't knock what you haven't tried.

^ I'm not knocking it, if people want to pay thousands of dollars a bottle that's their business, but I can't imagine doing it.
