There are petty thieves in the prison system (paid by you and me) for LIFE in California, while murderers and rapists serve few years and go free. Should they overturn this law, and let the criminals go on the basis of the law being cruel and unusual? Before you vote, note that the Supreme Court recently voted 5-4 against the law being overturned.

Yes, that law is very unfair

i don't like the three strikes law. It has so many weaknesses. If people do petty crimes it's not so bad but to fill up the prisons with them is a waste of tax money. If anything that's where they would learn to be dangerous to others. I do think that sex offenders and murderers mobsters and extremely violent criminals should be in the prisons instead. As a republican I don't like wasting tax money on petty offenders in prison.
