Call me a Kool-Aid-drinkin' kook. There's something rotten going on when your own government tries to surpress it's citizens' desire for the truth.

As much as I would like to pin it on Bush, I am not convinced of a conspiracy. It did however give the administration an excuse to wage war on their once best friend Iraq, which had no link to Al Queda. Since 9/11 Americans have seen their constitution all but torn up.
If any disagrees with my assessment, I suggest reading the Patriot Act

What Steel said. I think it's been long coming, and when it happened, it was just used as an excuse. I think that if the powers that be wanted to secretly attack it's own citizens, they wouldn't make it so obvious. We've got some dumbasses in Washington, sure. But it's not like George W. sit and planned it himself.

If it had been a conspiracy, and the Guv'mint *had* mucked up badly enough to be found out, there wouldn't be any conspiracy theorists alive to tell tales. Trust me on this, folks. I used to take their pay.

Someone saying "trust me". Now there's a good reason to trust what they're saying. Don't look at the facts. Just trust me and go back to sleep.
