Not really.

The character was funny, but the reasons that Hayes gave for leaving just left a sour taste. I thought what he said was a bit hypocritical.

He left because the cartoonists made an episode mocking the criminal cult $cientology. Isaac was a member (or victim) of the cult, so he got pissed off and quit. I don't really care for characters whose voice actors act like that and are members of a ruthless cult.

He wasn't a main character, but a main side character. If you don't think about it, you hardly miss him. You 9 seasons of reruns if you want to see him.
