Sure, for those who want that kind of thing.

People will get them whether they're legal or not. Not allowing legally licensed tattoo parlors that are approved by the state board of health seems as if it would just open the doors for the underground establishments that usually don't practice the safety standards that reputable tattooists do. The only tattooist that I've used is also an R.N. If or when I decided to get another, I wont go to anyone else.

With the alternative being unlicensed facilities where anything can happen to a client? I'd love to see the stats on infections resulting from this.
