He's pretty straight forward and honest. Very knowledgeable and informed. But he has a habit of talking TOO much to the point of blabbering without making a point.

I've seen this happen during Senate Hearings.

I do not think so either. He doesn't have much charisma nor logical thinking. But he is not a dork.
