Voted : A man who is Wimpy but smart.
I see smartness as many, so for me there is no "wimpy" and smart. Hunky and dumb sounds delectable but a hunky dumb guy might have lots of unprotected sex. That is a common way for hunky and dumb men to exdpress their dumbness.
