^ Not to mention those *trillions* of dollars of Guv'mint bonds the Chinese are holding. I had a conservative "financial expert" tell me that this won't really matter to any degree. Had to walk out of the room at that.

Maybe they mean country first (like the Hamptons, where the rich peolpe live) and city second (where the slums are).
