it sure isn't the supermarket.

I was hoping to buy about 200lbs ea. of rice, bean, corn etc. They ferment this stuff for ethanol - why is it so expensive?

where can I buy them in bulk, fresh and cheap, right from the farmer perhaps?

any ideas?

we used to buy ours at a grain store. I have no idea the price, it was too many years ago.

I was curious where I can buy them for fraction of that, since the farmers are sure not getting $1 a pound for their grain.
