picture it dry aged for 4 weeks, organic porterhouse two inch thick, cooked in a brick oven at 800f until the fat is crackling and the center turns that almost whitish red marveling, just enough, rubbed with garlic butter.... I got to have a thin forkful (my so wolfed the rest down) but it was the best steak I have ever tasted... most expensive too. over 200 buckeroos, but I gotta admit, texans do know how to cook a steak..,
