You have made me very hungry. I think I'll go to Lonestar tomorrow after work. Is Las Vegas the only city that has the Lonestar steak restaurants? If not, do you like them?

picture it dry aged for 4 weeks, organic porterhouse two inch thick, cooked in a brick oven at 800f until the fat is crackling and the center turns that almost whitish red marveling, just enough, rubbed with garlic butter....

I got to have a thin forkful (my so wolfed the rest down) but it was the best steak I have ever tasted...

most expensive too. over 200 buckeroos, but I gotta admit, texans do know how to cook a steak..,
