I am certain you have had several conversation and/or socialize with many Blacks/Mexicans to back up your statistic regarding education? hispanic ppl are just coming here right now from mexico and may not speak english. also in hispanic custom family comes first and if a teenage boy sees his family is struggling financially he will quit school to help them out.
