Commercial spammers and Telemarketers have recently argued that their freedom of speech is hindered by the recent laws restricting their activity. What do you think? Should they be allowed the right to peddle their stuff on your email boxes, telephone, and your front door steps?

I think all advertising should go to hell. Its constantly crammed down my throat. Spammers are fucking nuts to think that anyone would buy their crap when their pissing people off. I have a feakin network of emails for every person or biz I give an address to so I can track it and stop it. I screen my calls and the minute I hear that sales pitch begin I pick up the phone and slam it down! Web site Pop-ups, shockwave ads, and long loading banners can go to hell. Magazine ads should all be pushed to the back of the publication. TV commercials should go to hell or be in one time block where I can go take a crap and get a drink. Radio ads as well. I never pay attention to any ads. I have a certain amount of money. I know what I am buying and I don't need any greedy bastards trying to pump me for more money!!!!!
