Mmm, probably. I do love it cold, but I would prefer bigwoods if seclusion was my goal.
if I am not mistaken, that's the extinct volcano lake on the bordre of North Korea and China, named 100 peak mountain. As alpine lakes goes, it's one of the most beautiful. I wish I could visit.

Tianchi Lake is the national boundary lake of China and North Korea. The lake is surrounded with 16 mountain peaks. Sunny days are rare in Tianchi. It is bounded by huge rocks with no nearby grasses or trees.
