Alabama, home of the Great Lemmingstraggler, no doubt.

At least I would still be in America.

Freedom to move about the state. North Korea is way too dangerous s a government and way too cold.

I live there. It can be a bit backwards at times, and, at times, it can be a downright pain in the ass, but I'll certainly take it over North Korea. For starters it seems to be gradually getting better here. No lynchings in ages. Anybody can set wherever they damned well please on the bus (provided somebody's not already sitting there, and if they can find a bus). Most folks 'round these parts has shoes, electricity and even that new fangledy indoor plumbing (we've even replaced corncobs with toilet paper - corncobs kept clogging the toilets). Quite a few of us folks even voted fer that Obama feller and not a one of us has been tarred and feathered fer it - yet. Besides, I bet the North Koreans can't make moonshine or pick a banjo anywhere near as good as we can (or make a pecan pie either).

My son lives on the Gulf Shores in Ala. I think you are mistaking Alabamy with Miss-sippy.

i can't believe i'm saying i'd rather live in Alabama! but i suppose it can't be all that bad if Lemming can live there. I just don't think i'd fit into Korean culture very well - i'm pretty sure they'd be removing my tongue in no time - at the very least.
