MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES

1 c. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients and roll by hand into small balls. Place on baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes in 325 degree oven. Roll in powdered sugar while hot and repeat when cool

My favorite was always the peanut butter ones with the hershey kiss on top. The kisses take on this gnarly mouthgasmic flavor and texture after they've partially melted and re-hardened.
