COMMENTS: What is sad is while they are paying 25% of what it costs an american worker, those workers are so imcompetent that it takes 4 of them to do 1 persons job in US.
Voted : IBM should lose all their government contracts Thats kind of what one of my work buddies was saying too. I checked it out and since what they pay those same people in the USA is dropping it makes even less sense for them to do this. Maybe IBM has a right to do this but when people don't have jobs don't complain that your company is doing bad. They say we should all go out and spend money but why would you when IBM does a bonehead move like this.
i dealt with an outsourced crew in India. It turned out to be all friends and families of the guy who owns the outfit, whether they were qualified or not.
there nothing worse than being on a teleconference where the new team doesn't know what the hell you are talking about, and those who were laid off were costing the company less than these clowns...
Voted : IBM should lose all their government contracts On the news it said that IBM is now under investigation. Apparently, the CEO of IBM got money from the government, despite having revenues of $100 billion in 2008. Some members of Congress are now saying that they may launch an investigation into their plans to outsources, as well as into other areas of their business.
