forgetmenot, some of the images out there just don't play well with others. I've learned that all too well recently. Best advice I can give you is to keep plugging away until you hit one you can get to stick.

Photos from flickr do not work, they have some sort of sharing violation if you try to use them. I have found the photobucket works really well when posting a photo or gif. If you want to use a photo from flickr... First. open / register a photobucket account. It's free. Second. Right click the pic and save to your computer. Third. open a new window or tab with your photobucket account. Click the link that says upload a photo. Your saved photos folder will show up, located that pic and click. It will then upload to the photobucket account. Fourth. Once it is uploaded into your account, you click the photo and then got to the links. Go to the one that says direct link. (The one for embed you use to post on your userpage). Now that you have copied the direct link to the pic, paste it in the comments section, Then put the square thing at the end and put one at the beginning followed by a (small) img: then hit your delete key seven times. And the photo will post. You can also use a (capitol) I: in lieu of the small img: Got it?
Wow. Thank you for that UncleRandy.
You are more than welcome. It's easy, it's fun, and it's free!
All anyone has to do is ask... I'll gladly help if I can.
