As a pre-teen, I made only ONE prank phone call. I dialed a number at random and asked the one who answered if her refrigerator was running. When she said yes, I told her to run after it.

Well, the one number in this whole city that I dialed AT RANDOM happened to be my Dad's insurance agent, and she recognized my voice.
