I haven't seen much of the others, but I think Ice-T does a good job. Or did. About all I catch are re-runs of Law and Order, so I'm not really up to date on the whole TV thing.
Reba? I can't watch her for trying to figure out where her upper lip went. She just seems to silly for my tastes anyway. Dumb comedy I can watch, but silly is just a turn off.
