Voted : My cat's about an average talker.
My three cats each have a different personality. The oldest cat has always been quiet, the middle cat was quite a little chatterbox when she was younger, and my youngest cat is average.
our cat many years ago, when in heat made noise that sounded just like she was saying Molly, that in itself is not interesting I know, but my uncle had recently passed away and his wife's name was Molly, long story short, I was alone in the house when cat was in heat and I actually climbed out the window because I thought it was my deceased uncle calling for his wife. Molly, Molly over and over, funny now when I think about it.

Two of the cats I have now will always respond with some type of vocalization when you say something to them. One of them is a chatterbox and will meow until you pay attention to her.
I firmly believe that a cat I used to have figured out that he could make a sound that sounded like "Momma". He would only say "Momma" when he wanted something and I wasnt paying attention to him.
