I know I have to or I'll go f'ing nuts. If my family is home they never stop talking and for some reason they always have to either stand by me or when not near me yell. Also they just love to stand near me and talk and eat crunchy food. AHH!!!!

I use music.
TV.
I hum very loud.
Turn up some porn.
I chew crunchy food to beat the sound.
I poked my eardrums out with a q-tip long ago.
Crying works.
I'm just fine with it all.

Pain helps. Pull out hair. Nail your hands together. Grit teeth.
Just keep telling yourself it's just a nightmare and it will end.

I miss my nice headphones for that:( I have some crappy ones now that have a mic hooked into them that I got for recording since my family ruined my nice microphone.
Speaking of which they also were the ones who ruined my nice headphones too.
