Voted : This is bad news
Apparently the people there had become too energetic and the country was becoming too clean. They were losing their image. Ah, the good old cartoonish Mexico of the 20's is back in business.
Hell, license it and legalize it and tax it. Like alcohol.
If the U.S. followed suit, we could all see the day when we walk around in convenient stores trying to keep from tipping over the cardboard "Gonzales & Sons" weed display. And of course the big inflatable joints with the logo of "California's Best".

It's a sign of progress. Prohibition doesn't decrease the detrimental effects of drugs. The evidence shows that such actions put us at greater danger, but conservatives are not compassionate enough to see any other way of helping people sick with addiction than locking them up so that they appear tough. All this proves is that these right wing 'cowboys' are either ignorant or insecure pussies.
