Asian culture is over-rated, they brought the world to middle-age level of mathematics, the europeans (and americans) brought us to modern times in every field - this is much greater advance.

I would pick western civilization as in america, b/c it has the best of all worlds. Which WAS best is irrelevant, who IS best is though, and its us for the reason i already stated.
and who invented the wheel? Unless im mistaken, no one knows, and thats the point. It dosn't matter who invented it, what matters is that it was invented.

European By a mile, here is why, look at the legacy left by the european civilizations, Look at the world today, Asian countries are fucked, peasants, disease. Chink civilisations were second class and never reached the some class as europe.
