That's highest posted limit, say on freeways, etc.
There are far too many speed cameras here now to get away with any form of excess speed, 70mph is our max limit so you could get away with 80 tops if your willing to risk it, two more speeding tickets and im banned so im not risking it anymore.
On motorways it's 70 mph, but I rarely dip below 85 mph. I alway stick to the 30 mph in residential streets.
40 or 50 around most of town. I usually drive less than 5 over in town and less than 10 over out of town.

On the freeway, I only go up to 9 miles over the speed limit. I haven't had a ticket in four years. Tickets are expensive anymore, and then your insurance rates go up.
Years ago, I had so many speeding tickets that I was lucky that I even had a license. I have acquired a lifetime total of 25 speeding tickets. No more for me, thanks.

On the state highway nearest me, the speed limit is 70mph. I never drive it due to the the wildlife that is apt to run out in front of me or the semis that speed around curves. I can count several times when that 5mph slower has saved me from having a deer though my windshield or getting sideswiped by a truck.
