In and out in 15 minutes. Prefer Fiesta Foods for their quality of meat and lower prices.

I like to keep it local or at least regional.

Even the local ones aren't as local as they want you to believe though. The Brookshire Bros. I go to used to have an open meat section where you could see what was being processed. They closed it up several years ago, so who knows how the stuff is being processed now. That's why any red meat I eat is either venison or beef from a local meat market.

I like driving down the road and seeing what I'll be eating next week grazing in a field.
