Clinton could run again under his orginal birth name WILLIAM JEFFERSON BLYTHE, and maybe dye his hair black or something. Take on Monica as his wife. Maybe no one will know its him.

Clinton can run again. No president is allowed to serve more then two terms in a row. After sitting out for four years, he can serve two more in a row.

Actually the 22nd Amendment states that no president can be elected more then twice, doesnt matter if it is consecutivly or not. However, he doesnt have to run for president, he can be the running mate of someone and be Vice President, if that person resigned Clinton would be president.
