if they are 100% guilty.
what am I, God Almighty or some bullsh*t? I don't have the right to kill him just like he didnt have the right to murder anybody. If it's ilegal for him, it should be for me too, no matter what.
A few years ago here in the Boston area, a young boy was kidnapped, beaten, sodomized, murdered, and dumped in a ditch on the side of the road. The two sick animals who committed this atrocity were convicted with incontrovertible evidence, yet their own lives were spared because the state of Massachusetts doesn't have the Death Penalty. If that little boy had been your son or your brother, what punishment do you think would be appropriate for those low-lifes? A civilized society not only has a right to do away with such criminals, it has an obligation to eliminate them like it would a deadly disease, which is what these guys are. Right now, as you are reading this, those two cretans are not tormented by the memories of their depraved actions, they're re-living in their minds the thrill they experienced at the expense of that poor boy. And the family of that child suffers every day knowing that the degenerates who perpetrated their deeds on him, though incarcerated, still breath the same air as we do, still experience the sensation of their senses, and still look forward to a better tomorrow - things their child doesn't have. The Death Penalty penalty sends out a statement loud and clear that we, as a society, refuse to entertain the thought of providing any comfort whatsoever to those who so visciously violate our cultural codes of civilized behavior. So would I push the button? You bet I would!

I don't think there's any point in executing condemned people. They end up dead anyway, just like everyone else.
