They were Geniuses till 91, then they turned into sell-outs
First Three Albums (Kill 'Em All,Ride The Lightning,Master Of Puppets) were all classic albums.After that they were still good for a while (...And Justice For All,Metallica (Black Album))but after 1991 they sold out big time.St Anger is better than load and re-load, but that is like saying catshit is better than dogshit!
i can appreciate they worked hard and their music is good and they are business savvy, but on a personal level they seem to be pompous assholes. i guess that happens when you get rich. especially that Lars, the drummer, seems to be a repressed homosexual. fucker.
hetfield seems to be a prick, but in a cool sort of way, like a guy that you could party with and fuck shit up.
This evening after my skating lessons I'm gonna buy 2 for $30 Metallica cd's. This means a lot to me because I like Metallica and their guitar tabs are awesome to learn. Some people are still not convinced I can play the guitar but look at how far I am now. If I keep playing the guitar by 18 my hands will be much faster and I'll be a good guitar player.
And at Saturday I'll be playing ice hockey at saturday and I keep working hard on it. If I keep training on the things like these.(guitar & hockey) I'll get better on it.
