I'm not sure exactly what I'd do, but pretending I'm on his side won't do me any good as he will kill any American he comes across, cooperative or not. I can't say I'd kill him without a second thought, but I would try to escape from him, but not lose sight of him, then call 911.

Bring him to top of the new world trade centre when its completed,give him a minute or two to drink in the view of an advanced civilised nation,then throw him off.
I'd ask his partner in crime, G.W. if I could have a word with him.
I'd collect the reward, kick him in the nuts and then leave him for the Feds.

Before i turned him over to the US GOV, i would dress him up in a pretty little pink dress, ruffled panties and before i put his diaper back on his head, i would put his hair up in braids. Then when i'm done playing dressup with him i'd rip his balls off and put them on the end of an American flag pole then shove it up his asshole. I would also welcome him to his worst nightmare,AMERICA!!!!!
