people, i'm about to buy a brand-new gaming console this weekend after having ps1 for almost 3 years. So which one is better, xbox or ps2. Speaking of Gamecube, i don't like it for its cheap quality.

COMMENTS:
Playstation 2 has the biggest game library, but XBOX has better graphics. (If you don't believe me, go to Gamespotcom and see which system always rates "best" for a particular game) The OG controllers for the XBOX were very large, but I think they've improved that. Get the XBOX and wait for PS3.

Gamecube cheap quality? I have all three (XBox, PS2 and GameCube) and I much prefer the GameCube. So do my kids... and we usually never agree on anything! ;-)

the xbox

i had 2 ps2's and they both broke

i still have a gamecube but
i don't like any games for it

xbox library isn't that big but it has more 9-10 scoring games per 100 titles and the graphics kick ass.

ps2 is for newbies that's
why it's selling more. why are they using the same controller as ps1?
