No, I'm not fucking racist. To be racist is to assign different values to different races. I just acknowledge the racial issues that exist, and ponder on ways to improve the situation. Every improvement I condone is COMPLETELY humane to all parties involved. Not enough people are like that. Weight is overrated. What's important is if you're healthy at a given weight. How are your cholesterol level, heart rate, and energy level for instance. As for the distribution you mention - large thighs, that's usually a good sign. People who store their body fat more in the upper body have a higher rate of heart disease.
If you're talking about appearance, that's subjective. I'd say that's a great height to weight ratio and likely to be asthetically pleasing unless your legs are like a chicken's on steroids. I like legs, but I'm not much of a 'drumstick' man.
Oh, also, muscle is more dense and heavy than fat so if you're muscular higher weight is more 'acceptable'.
