I don't think bill Cosby is funny at all.
He can be funny sometimes -- I think his humor is outdated but that's just my singular opinion -- though as President, he could help break barriers by being the first black President, as well as help educational awareness -- you'd have to figure that the educational system would approve under an EdD, and he'd bring a much-needed good humor to the Oval Office.
