Wark, you are correct. Intellectually speaking, Clinton would win hands down.
Clinton would answer 5 correct. 2 of them would have something to do with china since he was giving them a rim-job during his 8 yr disaster in office. 2 others would be about nasty fat girls who give head to anything that looks like it has a dick and the last point would be default because you get a point for putting your name on the quiz.
Jeb would give George a score of 106 on a 100 point test, and nobody would think it was in the least bit suspicious.
Clinton=85, Bush=25. End of story.
