I don't think they do at all. I think when it comes down to comparing to applicants side by side, school grades won't be the thing that decides who gets the job. When 2 people have the same education, I think personality and experience comes next into the decision making process.
my parents lecture me about this shit..GOOD GRADES=BETTER PAYING JOBS AND YOU WOULDN'T GET ONE, and that kind of shit.
