Spanking works. Discipline is necessary. I've had to deal with other people's children who act like little rotten spoiled bastards and hurt my children far too many times, stole from shops, and grown up to be even worse rotten adults - all because their parents had a silly foolish do-gooder dumb idea like "No Spanking". Sorry fool, but those kids should've been given a real good spanking before they grew up to become horrible people who terrorized everyone else as teenagers, bullied others at school, and later thought they could commit the most terrible crimes and unethical behaviour and get away with it.
