Someday, all you ultra-liberals/socialists will realize that the Cold War was a conflict we had to win at almost any cost. From Truman to Carter, American presidents fought tooth and nail to resist, de-stablize, punish, weaken and finally, finish off the Communists, which is what Ronald Reagan did. Reagan recognized early on that Communism was morally bankrupt and that it had to be eliminated once and for all. Those of you who said (some still say) that Communism is just a harmless alternative to democracy were dead wrong. And don't be afraid of World War III because we already fought it - in Korea, Vietnam, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle-East, Eastern Europe, and places in between. Many battles, many wars, and many locations all against the same enemy - and we won! We had to win! It was a relay race for survival and Ronald Reagan carried the baton to the finish line. And don't mention the residue of Communism that exists today - they're pathetic. So, the next time you make fun of an old guy who loved his country, think of how your life would have been without him.
