I'm going to go with Bettie Page, the Klaw girl of the 1950's. No one looked hotter or wore a leopard skin bathing suit better.
"what do you know FELIX. your just a fag." Yeah, and you're just a fat, braindead, sweaty, cheese-smelling, drooling, illiterate, shit-smeared, polyesther-wearing, fast-food employed, bus-riding, zit-popping, AMERICAN IDOL-aspiring, lisping, butt plug using, incontinent, vibrator-abusing, hairless, pus-filled dyke whose very presence in a closed room causes most people to begin projectile vomiting uncontrollably.
Oh my Gooshness, that was vile! Good job.
"Oh my Gooshness, that was vile! Good job." I did it to defend the honor of Bettie Page. Plus, liddia's has an IQ in the range of room temperature degrees. *L*
My first instinct was to vote for Rita Hayworth because she had the total package (face, body, legs) and had a look that transcends the constantly changing tastes and styles of each new generation. Marilyn Monroe, for example, would be too fat by today's standards. But based on her total body of work, which was voluminous (she wasn't an actress or a dancer or a singer, but a full-time pin-up model), and the fact that she got into some really kinky stuff, I have to go with Bettie Page.
"... and the fact that she got into some really kinky stuff, I have to go with Bettie Page." M-m-m-m, kinky stuff! Seriously, that was a very good analysis of Ms. Page you just posted. She *was* the pin-up queen of the 1950's, and her prints and magazines outsold all other competitors by a large margin. Personally, I love the Klaw kink, but I really am fond of the Bunny Yeager sunny beach shots even more, with the nice saturated colors. The main thing I find so appealing about Bettie would be how much gusto she brings to her work and how much fun she looks to be having. It's even more obvious in some of her movies.
Did she make movies? Can they be rented? I've only seen her pictures.
"Did she make movies? Can they be rented? I've only seen her pictures." Yes, but they're basically high-class "strip" films. Something Weird Video releases two, VARIETEASE (1954) & TEASERAMA (1955; Klaw archives material). You can buy both off of Amazon (and there are plenty of reviews of both there for comparison), with each being for sale for $18, more or less.
I guess "burlesque films" would be more accurate rather than "strip films."
1950's strip tease? I learn something new every day!
"1950's strip tease? I learn something new every day!" Ha, there was plenty of smut back in the old days, from what I've seen. Some of it, like the "Tiajuana bibles," was raunchy indeed. Now, you know what Mr. Cleaver did once Wally and the Beav went to bed for the night.
Bettie Page wrestled too.Great bod
