Used to run a postal outlet, had this total bitch woman that always made the women upset, one day she made one girl cry, she was always nice to the customers, i phoned the old bag at home and told her if she has a problem with this outlet to go somewhere else, turns out she was a lawyer, she put a restraining order on me and tried to get me fired, they didn't fire me though.(everyone agreed she was a bitch)was worth it.

I won't get into specifics, but once I was trying to make a sarcastic joke (not about him), and it was completely misinterpreted by the "brainless, jarhead scumsucking customer from Hell". He started to lay it on real thick, saying "I'm the customer(A.K.A. King of the Universe), and you talk that way to ME?!" He went on a mini-rant about how he was going to get me fired. Well, how are you gonna react? You're gonna cut that prick's head back to fat meat! That's the day I quit customer service.

When I was 18, I was working at a Pizza Hut in Fort Lauderdale. Some woman came in for lunch one day and kept bugging me every five minutes about where her pizza was. I was in the middle of carrying several pizza's to the dining room and she grabbed my arm and made me drop them. I got pissed off and told her to "Go on down the road and eat somewhere else." Needless to say that I was fired over that comment, but I really didn't care. It was worth getting fired over just to be able to say that to a rude customer!
