Just wait. I'll run in '12. I'll get it.
For Democrat i'll go with F.D.R. he was the strong willed person who got us thru the great depression, he spoke to the masses and calmed the panic that had taken over the country. He was a great war time president also, extra props from being Governor of my home state New York. For Republicain i'll go with Abe Lincoln, he had the patiance of a saint he was the only one man who wouldn't want to punish the south for the civil war and said that the country was to blame not just one region. and George Washington who wasn't in a political party, he actually was against them as mentioned in his farewell adress, he also established the federal government over the state with the whiskey revolt. He also was the first person that i can remember that step down from power peacefully after his second term. These three are truly great men. (Apologies for the spelling)
I agree with Doen, especially about the FDR part, but Washington was a Federalist.
In my opinion. Andrew Jackson is the best American President. We need more people like him. He was a dude that didn't take shit. Unlike Bush. We need someone who will say "Fuck the Federal Bank! Fuck the Native Americans! And Fuck U South Carolina!"
Architect is the new President of M.A.N.B.L.A. The Man Boy Love Association!
nixon because he was caught doing what most others due and dont get caught.
Reagan is the best of the best.
Reagan is the worst of the Worst
Martin Sheen Martin Sheen!!! If not that than Howard Dean!!! ....I wish
Clinton and Carter
Bill Clinton
YES, readers. I, a DEMOCRAT, say that a REPUBLICAN was the best President we've ever had. Tom Clancy said it best in an interview on C-Span a couple of years ago. During the entire span of American history (I'm paraphrasing ROUGHLY, so and inexactitudes are MINE ALONE), Eisenhower's Administration managed to go fairly free of major global incidents. This was because Ike applied his military expertise to manage power so skillfully that no sitch ever escalated into a serious matter worthy of notice. Simply put, he ran the Government like he ran the armed forces as Supreme Commander during WWII.
Some might he wasn't the brightest bulb, but he sure put the russians in their place and got that wall knocked down. And his comment "I have signed legislation outlawing the Soviet Union" "The bombing begins in five minutes!" You can't get a better sound bite than that>
GW Bush!(just to piss you off)
FDR, by far, was the best. Without him, U.S. go bye-bye.
Any other than Dubya.
FDR
Lincoln!!! If not for him the united States would be two different countries
i like jefferson. kennedy was okay
Clinton is better than Lincoln? WTF is wrong with you people?
Ronald Reagan was probably the best. So was Abe and FDR. Kennedy was too.
When Bill Clinton ranks over Lincoln, it tells me a lot about the makeup of this Site's users.....LOL! Good grief! How far have we fallen? Yikes!
What the fuck? The drunk corrupt redneck from New Hampshire Franklin Pierce doesn't deserve an honorable mention?
Voted : George W. Bush
George W. or Ronald Reagan. I wish George couldn't leave office. :(
