A good filet mignon practically melts in your mouth. LCD, you won't live any longer by giving up steak. It'll only seem that way. Sinking your teeth into a big, thick, delicious, juicy piece of steak is one of the great pleasures in life. If you don't want to clog your arteries, just consume it sparingly like you would an expensive fine wine. Why deprive yourself permanently? Come back to the land of carnivores!
