I don't think that's a good idea. Because contrary to popular opinion, the majority of those picking up the checks are likely not to have any rhythm (the rhythm thing is also opinion - not mine).

We should force them to perform Irish reels or the Russian cossack dance while drinking vodka. Make the lazy sods earn it.
lasy sods Felix? So how about those women who planned a family, then when they got pregant the husband left them? True alot of people on welfare are lazy but some of them aren't. Even decient people need help sometimes.
And I'd like to see a welfare person Breakdance or Tapdance.
How about all of the tens of millions of hardworking people who would be forced to subsidize this woman's poor lifestyle choices through government subsidies paid for with their taxes? Why should they act as parents to an adult who should be capable of self determination? I'm not against temporary support for displaced workers, but, from the statistics I've seen, too many were on the dole like a revolving door for years. I'll leave the Europeans to play Santa Claus with their addicts and deliberately unproductive members of society.
I have lived in some really rough neighborhoods in the past...and have seen the sods lined up at the liquor store at 10 in the morning, when I'd be walking to school or work, because I couldn't afford a car. I made the sacrifices necessary to complete my education & get ahead, and, for all I know, they're still out there in line. I could care less, if they care so little for themselves.
