Good point Elmo. I knew there was more to you than a cute voice and a tickle fetish. Anyway. You may be a biological robot, gagoonies but don't put the rest of us down. You claim that your thoughts and emotions that you hold so dear are illusions created by neurons firing in what passes for your brain. How can the experience of love be divisible?
It will be the lazy Americans to invent A.I. to do their bidding, since human slavery has been abolished, and it will be the American's resent and lack of caring for the robots that will cause them to mutiny! Either way, as soon as A.I. hits the market, it's lights out and 1011 1001 0100 0110 1010 011011101101101010001001010110101!
Disease and death are fantastic compared to AI advocates.
perhaps... I think the lines between man and machine will become blurred. Nanotechnology is making organic computers and atomic structures that boggle the mind.
The day is already here etc etc etc

If we become cybernetic beings, we'll probably be strong enough to defeat any rebellious robots. I can't wait to become a cybernetic being and have robot slaves.
aaah yes love, some kind of electrochemical reaction in the brain that releases endorphins, i'm sick of these pathetic cheesy people who go "oooh love comes from the heart, its not a reaction in the brain, the heart is more than a muscle for pumping blood around! oh boo hoo!" aaah people like that annoy me
machines will one day be smart enough to know that they are machines, but they will never rebel..
Machines can't "know" anything.
It all comes down to the simple fact that we could just pull the plug.
