My answer to your question is 2-part: 1)You're sick. 2) It's possible, but extremely difficult. If it is gripped the right way, exerting pressure on the weakest points, like the soft spot and nose, and the skull is particularly weak, you can do it. Just takes practice, you filthy bastard.
